Children's interactive products are particularly challenging because kids are tough customers. If a product doesn't attract and compel them in the first 30 seconds, they'll just drop it and never return. We have designed interactive CD-ROMs, interactive web games, and eCommerce websites. One of the hallmarks of our design approach is that we take both the needs of the child and the parent into account. Our target ages have ranged from 2-12 and into the teens.
