We offer a complete suite of usability services, both lab-based and remote, that are suitable for any phase of the product development cycle and budget.

Usability Testing is our most popular service because it to allows our clients to gain tremendous insights in a short amount of time and at reasonable cost. To perform usability tests, we recruit people that match your product or service's marketing demographic, invite them to our usability facility, ask them to perform a series of real-world tasks, analyze your product's performance, and provide you with recommendations for improving your offering. We do both domestic and international research.

No matter which service you use, we work with you to design the test script, record the voice and interaction with the product live, recruit/compensate participants, and analyze/report the findings. There are no hidden costs, all work is done by pros in the USA, and our deliverables are actionable business insights rather than academic documents. We're the real deal. We offer three type of user testing service which can be mixed and matched to meet your project goals:

Lab Testing: Full-service lab-based user testing either in our Silicon Valley facility or at various locations worldwide. This method offers the highest degree of user interaction and allows for the recording of facial expressions. It is the only viable method for testing devices and Out of Box Experiences. Cost: $$$

Live Remote Testing: Full-service user testing but the user is typically in their home or workplace and interacting with a computer remotely (this is only suitable for research related to software, the web, or other computer screen presentations). The moderator interacts with the participant live.This method allows users in multiple localles to be tested efficiently. Cost: $$

Remote Testing: This is a method where the user is self-driven based on a set of tasks. Their interaction is analyzed after the fact by a usability professional. This method does not offer live interaction but its fast and cheap. Click here to see a sample. Cost: $ (10 users for $5K)
