Our capability to conduct research spans the United States and the world. We have recently conducted research in Japan, Germany, UK, Spain, and France. We have capabilities in other countries including China.
Our commitment to International Research stems from our founder, the author of "Global Interface Design" published by Academic Press, who regularly speaks and writes on this topic. We look beyond language and provide you with an understanding of your brand's perception, your product's role in people's lives and work, and uncover any issues that may arise in other locales.
Areas of research include usability testing, surveys, site/home visits (Ethonographic research), and point of sale investigations.
